ZapStack is developed by Indus Siam LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you play ZapStack and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect anonymous analytics data to understand how the game is being played and to fix crashes. This includes:

Gameplay events (game start, game over, score reached, theme selected)
Crash reports and error logs
Device type, OS version, and app version
Session duration and app performance metrics

All data is anonymous. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any information that identifies you personally.

What we do not collect

No personally identifiable information (PII)
No location data
No contacts or photos
No payment information
No data sold to third parties

Third-party services

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to collect the anonymous data described above. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by these services: policies.google.com/privacy.

ZapStack uses Game Center (Apple) for leaderboards. Apple's privacy policy governs Game Center data: apple.com/legal/privacy.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months per Google's default Firebase Analytics retention policy, after which it is automatically deleted.

Children

ZapStack does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The game contains no age-restricted content.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
